What we do with what you send us
Short version: we use it to reply to you and to teach you well. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone who is not part of running Yoga Life Premium.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site or create an account, we collect what you type: your name, your email, phone or WhatsApp number, what you are working on, and anything you write in the message box.
Messages on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
When you message our Facebook Pages (YOGA LIFE PREMIUM, YOGA LIFE VN), our Instagram accounts (@yogalifepremium, @yoga_life_vn_) or our WhatsApp numbers, Meta passes your message, your name and your profile or phone number to our staff app so that our team can read it and reply. Only YOGA LIFE staff can see these conversations, each branch sees its own, and we use them only to answer you. To have a conversation deleted, write to yogalifepremium@gmail.com or tell us in the chat, and we will delete it from our system.
Website assistant
When you ask the assistant on this site a question, we store your question and the answer for up to 90 days, with a scrambled code of your internet address (not your name), to improve the answers and to prevent misuse. They are then deleted automatically. Please do not type personal details such as phone numbers or health information in the chat; for that, message the studio directly.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to manage your bookings and membership, to send you the practice you asked for, to match you with a suitable teacher, and (if you agreed) to send you occasional emails about the studio. If you tell us about an injury or a health condition so that we can teach you safely, that stays between you and your teachers.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are in touch with us or a member, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Third parties
This site loads maps from Google Maps on the location pages, which means your browser contacts Google. What you send through a form or your account is stored securely in our studio system (Supabase, with servers in Singapore). It is not passed to any other service, and we do not use it for anything else. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to yogalifepremium@gmail.com.
This note describes how the website behaves. It should be reviewed against Vietnam's Decree 13 on personal data protection before launch, and updated if the studio adds analytics or advertising pixels.
